Betro Simon

Betro Simone is a Los Angeles–based womenswear brand rooted in everyday luxury: denim, knits, loungewear, and seasonless essentials crafted with restraint and intention.The brand is positioned between premium essentials (like AYR and Anine Bing) and classic ready-to-wear. This requires sharp storytelling, fast loading, simple navigation, and a frictionless path to purchase.

The challenge

The opportunity was to translate Betro Simone’s understated visual world into a performance-ready, mobile-first Shopify build with clear flows, modular sections, and an architecture that can scale as the catalogue grows.

  • Make it easy to go from “Denim campaign” to “Right fit” to “Size” to “Checkout” in as few steps as possible.
  • Build reusable sections for campaigns, collections, and stories so the team can launch new edits without developer intervention.

  • Ensure the digital experience feels as premium and considered as the photography and product.

our approach

  • We treated this as a Shopify architecture and UX rebuild, not a rebrand. The photography and visual identity were already strong; our work was to wrap them in a smart system

    We restructured the product discovery into a shoppable category strategy

    Each category now behaves like a destination with space for fit filters, visual cues, and merchandising stories. On mobile, the menu becomes a guided shopping panel instead of a simple list, helping users understand the range quickly.

We transformed the homepage into a funnel, not a gallery.

We rebuilt the entire front end into a Shopify OS 2.0 modular system, giving the team the ability to craft pages like building blocks
