SAC-CABINE

Sac-Cabine is a French travel-gear brand built around a single promise: help people travel lighter while saving money on luggage fees. Their signature vacuum-compression backpacks allow travellers to pack 50–60% more clothing without checking in a bag a value proposition that made Sac-Cabine a category leader.

The challenge

Sac-Cabine had strong product-market fit but needed a clearer, more conversion-oriented ecommerce architecture that explained the product’s benefits faster and reduced cognitive load on mobile

Key challenges

  • Improve mobile-first conversion
  • Simplify the navigation and product hierarchy
  • Allow the team to run promotions, swap sections, and update content without further dev intervention.

Our goal

  • Bring scattered messaging (compression capacity, savings per trip, airline compatibility, guarantees) into a single, linear narrative.

our approach

We reorganised Sac-Cabine’s existing content into a high-conversion Shopify architecture, focusing on speed, clarity, and modularity. Our goal was simple, to make the user understand the bag, trust the bag, and buy it in the shortest path possible.

  • Discovery to Architecture

Using only existing sections, we rebuilt the home as a structured funnel

Our discovery process confirmed that Sac-Cabine’s strength was not variety it was the clarity of its hero value proposition. Instead of adding more design embellishments, the build needed to make the existing story frictionless.

Design to Build

The goal was to create a pixel-perfect implementation of Sac-Cabine’s brand and product story into a clean, high-contrast Shopify experience.

We mapped every piece of content across the site and reorganised it into a deterministic purchase flow

RESULT SUmmary

Our structured, modular rebuild enabled Sac-Cabine to deliver a clearer, more persuasive, and far more mobile-efficient shopping experience.

  • Clearer articulation of capacity + savings in first fold
  • Reduced cognitive load on mobile
  • More persuasive trust stacking across pages
  • Future-ready architecture for scaling new products
