Mille

Mille is a slow, tender, family-first knitwear brand built around one idea: warmth is an emotion you can wear. Every piece from tiny cardigans to hand-knitted balaclavas is crafted in small batches by skilled knitters, using responsible merino wool and timeless shapes meant to be passed down.

The challenge

Mille needed a fully optimised Shopify build with a clearer mobile shopping flow, improved product discovery, and a modular theme architecture.

  • Low clarity in navigation as products grew across kids, women, and accessories.
  • Minimal storytelling on mobile, even though most customers shop via Instagram.
  • PDPs lacked conversion triggers like size guidance, material details, etc.
